Owner
Full control over the project. Manage settings, delete the project, and control all member roles. One owner per project.
Admin
Manage the project structure — create and delete milestones, lists, and tasks. Invite members and assign roles (except Owner).
Editor
Create and edit tasks, manage subtasks, and comment on cards. The day-to-day contributor role for active team members.
Reader
View-only access to the entire project. Perfect for stakeholders, clients, or anyone who needs visibility without edit rights.
Invite links
with role presets.
Generate invite links with a preset role. Share one link for editors, another for readers. New members get the right permissions from the moment they join — no manual role assignment needed.
