By accessing or using EchoBoards ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EchoBoards is a web-based task management application that provides project organization, real-time collaboration, and related productivity features. The Service is offered in free and paid tiers as described on our pricing page.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Upload malicious content, malware, or excessively large files intended to disrupt the Service
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service, including projects, tasks, comments, and uploaded files. You grant EchoBoards a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of EchoBoards. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoBoards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though you may export your data beforehand using the built-in export feature.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service or email.
